The day after Christmas we lost heat, and I called Alpine. The technician came and determined that my heating unit was shot. The system was very old, so we opted to replace it with a new and more efficient heating system. The Alpine rep left us with a couple of space heaters to get through the weekend and the installation team arrived on Monday to install our new system. Unbelievable service!
