I live in Monmouth County and I met with three different companies about replacing my air conditioner and furnace for my home. Among the three companies I spoke with was what I believe to be one of the largest HVAC companies in NJ. That said, I selected Alpine. My husband and I reviewed the proposals carefully and we decided to go with Alpine. They explained everything carefully to us and we clearly felt they were the most honest of all three companies. There was no funny business – no hard sell, we felt very comfortable with them. The installation crew was excellent! They were polite and were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and left the areas cleaner than they found them. I recommended them to my neighbor, and I believe they were thrilled with them as well.

The day after Christmas we lost heat, and I called Alpine. The technician came and determined that my heating unit was shot. The system was very old, so we opted to replace it with a new and more efficient heating system. The Alpine rep left us with a couple of space heaters to get through the weekend and the installation team arrived on Monday to install our new system. Unbelievable service!
I run a management company and I use heating and cooling guys every day of the week, I just never had anyone like Alpine Air, when you call them they show up and are professional, they clean up after himself themselves and do perfect work, and when they say they’re going to be there they’re going to be there, I never had that with any other company.
Called Alpine when my AC went on the fritz and they sent someone out right away. The technician was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite and he gave us some great tips on how to maintain our system – which by the way we did not purchase from Alpine. Purchased a new home about 8 years ago and had some issues with the air conditioner. Called a very well-known HVAC company because I always see their commercials and their trucks on the road. Salesman called me back and immediately tried to sell me a new system offering all sorts of promotions. It just didn’t feel right – an 8-year-old system shouldn’t need to be replaced. I called Alpine and Cecil came out and took care of my problem in less than two hours. Very refreshing, an honest and ethical company focused on solving my problem and not just trying to sell me a new air conditioning system unnecessarily.
Had an issue with our AC several months ago and called several popular AC companies to come check it out. All of them except Alpine tried to sell me a new system over the phone. Alpine sent out a technician who fixed the problem and never attempted to sell me a new AC unit. Definitely an AC contractor you can trust!
Recently purchased a 25-year-old home. We knew that we needed to replace the heater and air conditioner. Called three companies including Alpine Air. Met with all three companies and decided to go with Alpine. I’ve since heard horror stories about the other two companies. Interestingly, I almost didn’t call Alpine Air because they weren’t as well known as the other two companies were but luckily my brother recommended I give them a call. So happy I did.
